Advance reservation is required for groups of 8 or more. Shuttle bus departs on time at all times. (boarding ends 5 minutes before departure time)

The shuttle bus service is subject to change depending on Hotel operation.

The Organizing Committee is pleased to negotiate with MAISON GLAD JEJU Hotel with discounted rates. Please note that the special discounted rate can only be provided for reservation with the hotel reservation form and before the deadline. The special rates and blocked rooms are for January 10, 2023 and on a first-come first-served basis. Once room blocks at these hotels have been filled, we may not be able to secure further rooms with the hotels at the special rates quoted. Therefore, early hotel reservation is highly recommended.

Cancellation/No Show Charges

The reservation can be cancelled 7 days prior to the arrival date to avoid “no show", and cancellation charge can be added according to the hotel policy.
